What happens at end of billing?
Nothing automatic. Freightnaut does not auto-renew or auto-charge. When your credit balance runs low, you top up at the rate that matches your current volume. You are always in control of when and how much you spend.
Do credits expire?
Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Your dashboard shows your credit expiry date at all times. If you are approaching expiry with unused credits, we will notify you well in advance.
Do I get an invoice automatically?
Yes. Every top-up generates a GST-compliant invoice automatically and delivers it to your account email. Your finance team can receive invoices without needing access to the platform.
What if a payment fails or is pending?
An international bill of exchange is a financial instrument that directs a buyer to pay a specified amount to a seller on a set date or on demand.
