₹14,999 covers your account for 12 months and includes 15 credits, unlimited team seats, and full access to every Freightnaut feature document generation, tracking, inventory, and integrations included.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You top up with a Starter, Growth, or Scale pack whenever you need to. There is no penalty for running low and no obligation to buy more than your volume calls for.
Do credits expire?
Credits from your annual plan and any top-up packs are valid for the duration of your annual subscription. Your dashboard always shows your current balance and expiry status.
Do I get a GST-compliant invoice?
Yes. Every plan purchase and every top-up generates a GST-compliant invoice automatically, delivered straight to your account email no manual requests needed.
Is there a limit on team members?
No. The annual plan includes unlimited team members at no extra cost. Add your documentation staff, warehouse team, and finance team without worrying about per-seat pricing.
